I have no idea if these will ever fit but I’ve been offered them and I’m so tempted! OR I could wait for some more sensible F10J/R11J to come up.

Bride

I got a Bride side-mount seat rail for my passenger seat today, no pictures, its not really exciting.

But the only seat I have sitting around is an ex-display Sparco Rev. Having two fixed buckets on a coupe pretty much makes the rear seat area useless so I really need to find a recliner.

Swapsies anyone?

OK I’ve been holding off confirming this until everything was definate and settled, which it is now.

I am VERY pleased to announce that I now have some amazing backing for 2009. I will be driving under the banner of Team Origin Skay.

Thankyou very much to Skay Japan Ltd/Skay Drift and Origin Japan for working with me so far and I’m looking forward to an exciting year together!

I also have to say thankyou to Julian at Severnside Imports for his help in bringing all the goodies over from Japan.

2009 is all about Couture-drift. So I’m starting it out with this shift-boot from Lisa @ justshiftboots.com - catch her on Zilvia.net and order one!

What? Not a 180?!

Just a quick introduction to me and my car for those who don’t know it. Its a 1995 PS13 Silvia running approx 350hp. I’ve been competing in the British Drift Championship this season and I’m rebuilding the car over winter ready for the next season. I’ll be keeping 180sx.co.uk up to date with build progress and theres some exciting news to come over the next few weeks so keep checking back.

For now, I’ve removed the old dashboard from the car ready to fit the new, redesigned dash and re-housed Apexi gauges.

In the workshop ready to start.

Old dash out.

New dash ready to go in.

Thats all for now, I’ve got to cut the nice new dash to fit around the cage and also extend the climate control loom to reach to the armrest, two jobs I’m not looking forward to!
