How to work with carbon fiber

Good, now i’ve got your curiosity i’ll show you how to work with carbon fiber. The process is simple, the materials I bought from ebay.com, carbon fiber fabric and epoxy clear coat, the cost was about 250 euros, 3 meters x 1,60 meters of carbon fiber cloth and 5 kilograms of epoxy clear coat with catalyst special for carbon fiber, dry ambient temp.

The first step is mixing epoxy with catalyst:

Painted with epoxy:



Paste the cut the carbon fiber cloth:


Soaked with epoxy:


Cut the rest and sand with sandpaper all edges:



Also sanded surface:


And ends with the painted coat:


This is a second pair that I do it, is complicated at first, practice, practice and makes it easier. Try if you can!
