Apexi Power FC
Check out this sexy little number… Apexi Power FC! Comically bad timing as we have only just fitted my Multichecker but this popped up in Ireland at the right price and I couldn’t resist. This Power FC is specific for the 180sx redtop SR20DET L-JETRO version.
This does mean my Nistune adventures will be sadly put to an end but in fairness I have always wanted a Power FC for the sexy commander :) I had one in an old RX7 and I miss it..
I’ve been reading up on the specs of my turbo and with a good map I am going to aim for 330bhp on my stock block. With cams i’ve seen the same turbo ran at 18psi and scoring 350bhp. I need to sort a few bits out first, an oil change, turbo and manifold gaskets are all on the cards. Then I can fit the Power FC, my Z32 and finally get it mapped!
