Doh! Just when i’ve finally got my 180’s exterior looking how i’d like I clipped a high curb and did this..
The wing has folded and snapped in the middle, it’s tough to see from the photo. It’s also made a massive dent further back. The drivers side wing looks okay but the mounts seem a bit fucked and the bumper is sagging really low.

Aaaah! that shit Joe! Are your wings fibre glass or metal? It might be fixable. A mate up here is going to take my bumper away and fix it properly once my new one arrives.
Do you still have a bumper support bar? if not get one and follow my project thread on sxoc to see how to mod it around the FMIC and the bumper shape.

The wings are stock metal ones and they are pretty knackered. I’m consideringeither a pair of replacement stocks or some origina type 1 front fenders. The fiber glass ones with the single big vent, i’m just waiting on the price back from Funky Power.

when u get a price for the Origin Type 1’s gives a shout, i need to replace my drivers side wing.
where would you have gone for a replacement standard set anyway…..nissan?

The flat spot on the rim was there when I bought them off the guy that imported them from the US..
I will deffo pass on the price mate.
I would buy a pair of used ones

I like it. Gives the car a little character. JK. I know that sux bro. You should see my S14. that thing has had more than one encounter with some curbs before. LOL. Dents and dings mean that it is being used and beat on like it is supposed to.

I know how this feels mate. When I had an encounter with a curb the bumper didn’t give and bent my passenger side wing! Was an absolute PITA.

Nooooooooo, i did the same thing coming into my estate last week, luckily i pulled the bottom of the bumper down and forwards and its pulled out (well 90% out)
