My 91 red 200sx

This is my first jap car, bought it about 7 months ago now ( thanks to the missus;) ).

The plan is to get the car back out on the road by the end of the summer because loads of little bits needs doing to it to get it how i want it.

The current spec is as follows:-

spoiler removed
bonnet, roof, and headlights painted black
halo headlights

Looks like a very, very tidy example. But I have to be honoust, not a fan of those headlights. IMO, a 180SX should have pop-ups.

very nice the spec is well put together,id say its quite pokey!im with thomas though on this the headlights aren’t to my taste :) but thats just my opinion!otherwise its very nice :)

I like the lights cos they are different, makes my car stand out from all the others. I like to do things away from the norm, plus i’m saving quite abit of weight with these ones instead of the heavy pop up assembly. I’m currently trying to design my own unique headlights so i can make the car look more aggresive from the front.
anyway, update on the car.
been tryin to sort out my transmission as it keeps poppin out of reverse and i also have a leaky clutch slave cylinder that i have to get round to replacing sooner rather than later. also spotted under the car that i still have a cat on the car!! lol. i’m gna get a bigger turbo elbow and downpipe inc decat so it should free up a few more horsepower and rev a little better. I’m more or less done with the engine for this year (money is tight) so i’m gna concentrate on gettin the bodywork up to scratch. The chap i bought it off only used the car for drifting so there are loads of imperfections, stonechips etc in the body. i’m lookin at gettin all the red resprayed as the black was only painted last year. gna enlist the help of my gd friend who owns his own bodyshop on this but i’m gna do all the prepwork myself to keep costs down.
I’ll get some new pics up as soon as i can figure out how to get them off my really old phone onto my pc. (doesn’t work with a data cable).
